KLOV LABELS: TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Klov Labels. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, platforms, and services operated by Klov Labels and its integrated divisions: A.V.A CORE, HyperArmour Entertainment, and Showdown Connection (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our Services, submitting applications, or registering for our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our Services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. KLOV LABELS ECOSYSTEM & SPECIFIC DIVISION RULES

2.1 A.V.A CORE (Original AI-Native Creations) A.V.A CORE is dedicated exclusively to original virtual artists and digital personas generated through Artificial Intelligence.

  • Originality Requirement: Any lore, visual design, and musical composition submitted to A.V.A CORE must be 100% original. We strictly prohibit the submission of concepts based on, or infringing upon, existing third-party Intellectual Property (IP).

  • AI Tool Compliance: Creators utilizing AI voice synthesis, image generation, or music generation must ensure they hold the appropriate commercial licenses or rights from the software providers used to create their submissions.

  • IP Protection: Klov Labels respects the creator's initial ownership of submitted material. Submitting a project for review does not transfer ownership to Klov Labels unless a formal management contract is executed.

2.2 HyperArmour Entertainment (Derivative Works & Adaptations) HyperArmour Entertainment is our hub for high-quality musical productions, cinematic sequences, and creative adaptations.

  • Fan-Content & Covers: Creators producing covers or content inspired by existing universes (e.g., gaming or cinematic franchises) must operate under principles of Fair Use or hold the appropriate mechanical licenses for cover songs.

  • Klov Labels assumes no liability for copyright strikes or legal disputes arising from unauthorized use of third-party IP submitted by independent creators to this division.

2.3 Showdown Connection (Competitive Gaming & Tournaments) Showdown Connection hosts structured esports events and competitive phases.

  • Tournament Integrity: Participants registering for events such as Ascension or the Ring Out tournament must adhere to the specific rule sets provided for each event.

  • Anti-Cheat & Conduct: Use of third-party software to gain an unfair advantage, match-fixing, or toxic behavior within the community will result in immediate disqualification and a potential permanent ban from all future Klov Labels events.

  • Media Rights: By participating in Showdown Connection events, you grant Klov Labels the right to broadcast, record, and use your gameplay, gamer tag, and voice communications for promotional and entertainment purposes.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF KLOV LABELS

All original content produced and officially published by Klov Labels, including but not limited to the lore, character designs, vocal models, and music of our official roster (e.g., UNXUR and Ordinis Rosae Orchestra), are the exclusive property of Klov Labels. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercialization of these assets is strictly prohibited.

4. USER CONDUCT

While engaging with our website, submission portals, or community servers, you agree not to:

  • Submit files containing viruses, malware, or destructive code.

  • Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other creators, competitors, or Klov Labels staff.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to our platforms or the AI vocal models of our virtual artists.

5. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

Klov Labels reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any part of our Services—including tournament participation or submission reviews—at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct detrimental to our community.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klov Labels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services, rejection of a creator submission, or outcomes of competitive gaming tournaments.

7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect updates in our divisions or legal requirements. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
