Article 1. [Purpose] This Code of Ethics aims to provide definitive ethical standards and guidelines for decision-making and conduct for KlovLabels (hereinafter the "Company") and its employees, ensuring our innovative approaches to media and music production are grounded in integrity.

[Scope of Application] This Code of Ethics shall apply to the Company, its specialized divisions including A.V.A and Hyper Armour Entertainment, its subsidiaries, and all individuals employed by or affiliated with these entities. All entities subject to this Code shall comply with applicable laws while conducting business and encourage all collaborative partners to respect this Code.
Chapter II. Company's Commitment
Article 3. (Respect for Human Rights & Ethical Innovation) The Company supports universal human rights standards and will take necessary measures to prevent any violations. Furthermore, as a pioneer in hybrid musical aesthetics and AI integration, the Company commits to using generative technologies responsibly, ensuring they augment human creativity without infringing on the rights or intellectual property of external creators.
Article 4. (Fair Evaluation and Opportunities) The Company provides equal opportunities to its employees and evaluates them based on fair, transparent criteria. The Company shall provide appropriate opportunities for self-development and ensure employees can freely propose ideas or express grievances.
Article 5. (Protection of Intellectual Property & Metadata) The Company and its employees shall lawfully acquire, use, and manage information, trademarks, and trade secrets. Recognizing the critical nature of our digital distribution, the Company prioritizes professional metadata management, accurate crediting on distribution platforms, and the rigorous legal registration of all intellectual property, including original lore, character identities, and musical compositions.
Article 6. (Prohibition of Bribery and Solicitation) The Company and its employees shall not accept or offer bribes, engage in improper solicitation, or exchange illicit goods with any work-related stakeholders, domestically or internationally.
Article 7. (Respect for Artists, Virtual Talents, and Creators) The Company and its employees must respect all artists, producers, and creators as individuals and partners. For our virtual rosters, the Company commits to managing their lore, narrative structures, and public identities with professional integrity, ensuring the ethical deployment of AI tools in their visual and auditory development.

Article 9. (Basic Attitude of Employees) Employees must uphold the Company's honor, fulfill their roles with sincerity, and perform their duties—from musical arrangement to event organization—in a fair and transparent manner.
Article 10. (Compliance with Laws and Regulations) Employees must understand and comply with relevant laws while performing their duties. In areas involving emerging technologies where regulations may be unclear, tasks must be carried out based on reasonable ethical standards and respect for original artistry.
Article 11. (Records, Retention, and Confidentiality) Employees shall securely protect confidential knowledge, including unreleased tracks, character designs, and strategic rebranding plans. Employees shall accurately create and retain all work-related records based on facts, and shall not arbitrarily manipulate or dispose of them.
Article 12. (Respect for Diversity and Mutual Respect) Employees shall respect the diversity of individuals from various backgrounds and not discriminate based on age, gender, nationality, or other social/physical conditions. Employees shall strive to create a positive work environment and shall not exploit their position to cause distress to others.
Article 13. (Conflict of Interest) Employees shall not engage in activities that conflict with the interests of the Company or hold concurrent positions without prior approval. Any potential conflict must be reported to a superior or the relevant compliance department.
